There are now two classes. The first one is for beginner juniors, with the second one for intermediate and higher level junior and all seniors.   Class Start Time Finish Time Beginner Juniors 6:00 pm 7:00 pm Juniors & Seniors 7:30 pm 9:00 pm   Should you require further details about which class you should attend please contact the Head Coach who shall be happy to assist you.
